At this time The Diamond Collection makes deliveries Australia-wide only.
PROCESSING YOUR ORDER
An email confirmation will be sent to your email address after placing your order along with an invoice. This email should be kept as proof of purchase.
Your purchases are usually shipped within 2 business days of receiving your order-we endeavour to get all orders out as soon as possible. Delivery times can vary between 2-7 business days, depending on shipping address location.
The Diamond Collection ships orders with Australia Post using express postage due to the nature of the products we are posting, unless otherwise arranged with the customer. Your tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been posted. Please contact The Diamond Collection for assistance if your order does not arrive.
PRICES & PAYMENT
Shipping prices listed on The Diamond Collection website are in Australian Dollars and GST inclusive where applicable. Shipping prices are subject to change without notice.
Orders above $200 will receive a 10% discount. Simply enter the code Spend200 at the checkout.
Postage will be calculated according to the weight of your order and will be added at the checkout.
Please note that we recommend ALL chocolate orders be express posted to ensure your order gets to you in good condition. Chocolate orders will only be posted
Monday-Wednesday each week to do our best to avoid the chocolates sitting in the post over the weekend.
WARRANTIES & REFUND POLICY
Goods damaged in delivery process will be replaced by Destiny Haven on receipt of return of damaged goods.
Product deliveries to online customers will only occur via processes that can guarantee products will not be exposed to damaging temperatures.
Products will not be delivered to customers' homes due to potential spoilage if left out of doors. Carriers with capacity for temperature sensitive freight will be used for person-to-person corporate deliveries in business hours.
